The service is intended to get NCK code by IMEI for all LG phone models on the basis of the manufacturer (Factory code). Ordering unlock code LG you will get codes at all levels: NCK, NSCK, SPCK, CPCK, SIMCK. Before ordering services, always check - whether you can enter the code. If the device does not ask for the code - is forbidden to make the order. 2020 models are supported.

It is prohibited to order codes for  LG phones with Android if the Device Unlock App installed. Despite the code request, the phone will not accept the received codes. Also not supported CDMA devices with IMEI that start at: 99xxxxxxxxxxxx and 352452xxxxxxxx. Codes for such phones will be received in the form of SPC = 000000.

WARNING: 

1. In very rare cases, if the code does not unlock the phone, cancellation and refund are not possible even with the video! The provider does not accept cancellations and no refunds on this service!
2. There are many new LG Phoenix 3 M150 devices from AT&T currently sold with firmware issue and cannot be unlocked !!! Their lock counter is locked and rejects every unlock attempt as "SIM Network unlock request unsuccessful_001" even if the code is correct! Please, if you have a new LG Phoenix 3 M150 from AT&T, check if the lock counter is active by typing a random code. If the device changes the number of attempts remaining in the lock counter (2/10), it can be unlocked. If you try to stay always 1/10, then the device cannot be unlocked.

• Enter IMEI device. View IMEI can dial *#06#. In the field, enter the first 14 digits of IMEI.  There are models which represent 17 digits, you need the first 14 characters. The last 15 digit is generated automatically. This field is required.
• Select your model from the list. If you can not find your model, you can place your order by selecting the "Other Model". You will have an extra line where you can enter the name of your model. This field is required.
• Comments field can be left blank. Country and operator indicate if you know them. If you do not know, you leave the field empty.

Carefully fill in all mandatory fields. You will get codes at the e-mail you provided during registration.
