Hi, i have a IPHONE XS bought in April 2019, the 1st sim I inserted in UAE was working fine, but now when i am trying to change my carrier it is showing invalid sim, on check with Apple store they confirmed that it is under US reseller flex policy who can unlock it for use for another carrier.
Please advise me how I can get it unlocked.
